Heading the
project were Executive Producer Rev. Glenn Mason, Executive Director
of Carver International Missions, and HVP president Dianne Thompson,

HVP was involved with an exciting DVD project that marks a new era
in urban missions outreach. The DVD, “Go G.L.O.B.A.L with
Jesus” is a five part “reality series” that follows
six African American high school students on their first Missionary
trip to Burkina Faso, West Africa.. G.L.O.B.A.L. stands for “God’s
Love Overcoming Boundaries and Languages.”
The DVD shows how the teenagers learn to use their faith & God’s
love to face and overcome the difficulties of encountering different
cultures, foods, languages and living conditions to ultimately proclaim
the Gospel. The primary goal of the project is to encourage more
African Americans to become involved in international missions.
Currently, less than 1% of missionaries are African American.

president, Dianne Thompson, was pleased to once again provide videography
and post- production services at the Campus Crusade/Impact Conference.
The conference, held in Washington, D.C. on December 26-31, had
over 1500 minority college students from across the U.S (and a few
from South Africa!) in attendance. During the community evangelism
outreach, a highlight of the conference, 450 souls in the D.C. area
received salvation or renewed their faith in Jesus Christ.
The
conference theme was “Run to Win”, based on 1 Corinthians
9:24. Dianne provided the opening theme video, testimony videos
and assisted in producing the conference highlights video, which
is shown at the New Year’s Eve finale.
