It's the 2003 Mayoral election of Philadelphia - and a "bug" is found in the Mayor's office - 26 days before the election. It's Philadelphia politics with all of its infamy, political thuggery, scandals, drama and (of course) the fallout of "the bug."

During Philadelphia’s 2003 Mayoral elections, much attention was spent on how the opponents, Democratic Mayor John Street and Republican Sam Katz, were conducting their campaigns. While the media offered plenty of reports about the various “complaints of misconduct,” none of them truly captured the rough-and-tumble political street-fighting the way that this unflinching behind-the-scenes documentary does. A daring exposé on Philly's "politics as usual."

A must-see film loved by Philadelphians and out-of-towners alike.
